It is written to help you understand what might be happening and what questions to ask. It cannot examine you, and it does not know your history, your imaging or your medications.

Nothing here creates a doctor–patient relationship. That begins at an examination, not at a web page. Do not delay care, and do not stop treatment your physician prescribed, on the strength of something you read on this site.

If you have sudden weakness, loss of bowel or bladder control, unexplained weight loss with back pain, severe pain after major trauma, or the worst headache of your life, this website is the wrong place to be. Seek emergency care.

Program name and description: Plasker Family & Performance Chiropractic offers an SMS program to send appointment reminders, service updates, schedule changes, quotes, and occasional promotional messages to customers who have explicitly opted in.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your service schedule and inquiries.

Pricing: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opt-out and help: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or phone number you received messages from. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time. For assistance, reply "HELP" at any time.

Customer support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at admin@100yearlifestyle.com or by calling (770) 509‑9938.

Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The interactive tools, specifically

The tools produce an indication, not a diagnosis, and they say so on their own results. They run on the answers you give and cannot see what you did not report. A reassuring result is not clearance, and a concerning result is not a diagnosis — both mean the same thing: get examined.

Using a tool without giving us an email address is entirely supported. Emailing yourself the result is a convenience, not a condition of use.

Accuracy, and what we will not promise

We take care with what is published here and correct errors when we find them. Even so, clinical understanding changes, and we do not warrant that every page is complete or current at the moment you read it. Outcomes described are examples, not predictions about you — no result is guaranteed.

Where we link to another website, including The 100 Year Lifestyle, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content.
